Do I have to pre book tickets to visit as a buyer? –

 

Simply turn up on the day unless you want a VIP ticket which needs to be pre booked via the website.  Show your VIP confirmation email for your goodie bag on entry.  Failure to purchase a VIP ticket via the website and turn up on the day, will not gaurantee you a goodie bag. 

 

Can I bring a hanging rail? -

 

You pay £20 for your table which is provided (tablecloth not included).   If you wish to bring along a hanging rail, you will be given a discounted price of £10 for your rail when booking your table.  A hanging rail only will be £20, the same cost as a table due to space.  Please see price lists on the Event details. 

 

What can I sell? –

 

Pre-loved, new and nearly new wedding items, from wedding dresses to table decorations, handmade items and much, much more.  In-fact, anything Wedding related.  No Alcohol allowed.

*Please do not leave or pack up your table or space until no later than 30 minutes before the end of the event. 

Will there be electricity? – Electricity may be provided but not guaranteed depending on the Venue.  We will inform you of this on the Event details. You will need to inform us via the contact us form if you need electricity on the day if it is available. 

 

Can I cancel my booking? - 

If you need to cancel for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.  We cannot transfer bookings to another event, so if you need to cancel here is the cancelation and refund policy -:

*Cancellations requested up to 14 days prior to the event, a refund can be requested by emailing   There is an admin fee of £5 per booking which covers all and any unrecoverable charges, fees and costs involved.  Therefore, cancellations made within 14 days prior to the event will receive refund minus admin fee.

*Cancellations requested up to 7 days prior to the event, 50% will be refunded.

*Cancellations on the day will unfortunately will not be refunded.

* Should North East Wedding Boot Fair need to cancel any bookings or the Event at any time then a full refund will be given.

*North East Wedding Boot Fair accept no responsibility for any costs incurred by Sellers/Business /Suppliers in relation to the event.  It is the Sellers/Business/Suppliers responsibility to obtain its own insurance to cover such situations.

Do I need insurances or certificates? - We recommend that all stall holders have their own public liability insurance when attending any event.   While we hold our own PLI, this does not cover your stall.
